Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund for your moving service:

  2. Give us your booking ID, type of service (like home shifting or vehicle transport), and reason for your request.
  3. We will reply within 5 working days after checking your case.

Approved refunds will go to your original payment method within 10 working days. We will inform you once your refund is done.

Partial Refunds

If only part of your packing and moving service was used, we may offer a partial refund. The amount will depend on what is unused, minus any costs already spent.

Rescheduling Services

You can reschedule your relocation service instead of canceling. This depends on availability and may cost extra based on your new shifting date and location.
