By paying the booking token or signing the Consignment Note (LR), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Quotation & Pricing
- The quotation provided is based on the inventory list shared by the customer at the time of the survey.
- If the volume of goods increases on the moving day, the price will be adjusted pro-rata.
- Toll taxes, parking charges, and interstate entry taxes (Octroi/Green Tax) are extra and must be paid by the customer unless explicitly mentioned as "Included" in the quote.
2. Payment Terms
- Booking Token: A non-refundable token amount (usually 10-20%) is required to confirm the slot.
- At Loading: 80% of the total moving cost must be paid when the goods are loaded onto the vehicle.
- At Delivery: The remaining balance must be cleared before the goods are unloaded at the destination.
- We do not offer credit facilities. Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items will NOT be accepted for transport:
- Valuables: Cash, jewelry, gold, silver, securities, legal documents.
- Hazardous Materials: Explosives, gas cylinders (filled), petrol/diesel, acids, batteries.
- Perishables: Fresh food, plants, and pets.
4. Liability & Insurance
- With Insurance: If opted, claims for damage/loss will be settled by the insurance company as per their policy. We assist in documentation.
- Without Insurance: If declined, Aone Packer accept no liability for damage or loss during transit.
- Internal Damage: We are not liable for the internal functioning of electronics if there is no visible external physical damage.
5. Delivery & Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events (traffic, breakdown, strikes, rains, natural calamities, or government restrictions).
6. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our Head Office is located.
