Protect Your Hard-Earned Money

The logistics industry unfortunately has some bad actors. Follow these guidelines to ensure your transaction with Aone Packers and Movers (or any mover) is safe and secure.

1. Always Pay to Company Account

Legitimate businesses will always ask you to transfer funds to a registered Current Bank Account in the company's name (e.g., "Aone Packers and Movers").

RED FLAG: Never transfer money to a personal savings account or a personal UPI ID (e.g., rahul@upi) even if the driver insists.

2. Insist on a GST Invoice

A valid invoice acts as a legal contract. It ensures that your goods are accounted for. Ensure the bill has a valid 15-digit GSTIN number clearly printed on the header.

3. Verify Transit Insurance

If you paid for insurance, ask for the policy copy immediately. Some fraudulent movers collect the premium but never buy the policy.

Tip: You can verify the policy number by calling the insurance company (e.g., ICICI Lombard, Bajaj Allianz) directly.

4. Avoid Large Advance Payments

Paying a small token amount (10-20%) to book the slot is standard practice. However, avoid paying 100% of the amount before the packing has even started.
